Hello, im trying to delete rpcnet.dll on win/32. but i dont see it there by that term I do see rpcrt4.dll etc but not rpcnet. Could there be another term

Wait, so you are trying to delete rpcnet.dll, but how did you find it in the first place? Clearly there must be some kind of anti-virus or anti-spyware that has detect it as malware. Scan your computer with TDSSKiller (allow it to skip any files it has itself set onto default skip), then MalwareBytes, and delete any malicious files it detects.
 
+1^ It's almost always better to start from the beginning of any issue here, as way to often people are trying to do something not needed, or that has a much better way of doing it, etc...

Like running into a doctor's office and asking where you can buy bandages instead of having them look at the huge cut you have.
