I need to update the firmware on my mobile phone. I have
the file on my PC (Win XP). I have a USB cable for PC to
mobile phone. The firmware update says "Be sure to use
COM1 or COM2. If using the USB Data cable, be sure to map
the port to COM1 or COM2." How do I do this? I've tried
without mapping to COM1 or COM2 and the update cannot find
my phone. Thank you in advance.
