On XP Pro we have installed Swap Manager with a SATA
controller to be able to swap in and out Serial harddrives
for our LAN backups. The folder created on that drive has
to be shared out in order for the Veritas backup software
to backup to it. As soon as you swap out the drive (and
turn on the power to the drive first) and put it back in
again it lost the share. Have to manually add it everyday.
Sometimes it does keep it but never longer then 2 days. We
have 5 drives (1 for everyday) rotating thru the week.
It's most likely not the swap manager software since we
have already contacted them. Is there any known issues in
Windows that can cause this to loose the folders share???
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Paul
