How do I find out what POST decided for BIOS "auto" settin..

I like to leave many of my BIOS settings set to auto because when I get
new hardware the motherboard can "adapt" to it. Perhaps wishful
thinking.
Not only that --I figure the BIOS engineers know better than I what to
pick.

Still I would like to know what I'm really getting. For instance what
does the BIOS during POST choose for SDRAM bank interleve? I'm sure
many of you could make an educated guess but I'd like a diagnostic
where I can see this and other things for myself.

(I have a A7V8X, Althlon MP 1200, 1Gb PC2700, water cooled, 9X
multipler to 1491MHz.)

Just change the option when you install the hardware, or directly before it.

Don't bank on it. The settings are usually what is most compatible.

Don't know of any, Im afraid. Everest tells you quite a bit, but not in
that much detail, I don't think.

Might try Sandra 2005, I think it reports interleave setting.
