I'm having trouble sending outgoing e-mail messages using Pocket Outlook
on my PocketPC device. I have all the server settings correct for the
mail server I'm using to send/receive e-mail and have no problems
receiving messages. But when I try to compose a message to send out, I
always get an error message back. The error message reads:
--
From: System Administrator
Subject: Invalid message recipients
Your message 'Test' was not sent and has been moved to the Drafts folder.
The following recipients are invalid:
<valid email address here>
--
I hope someone can help me out here, cuz this problem is quite baffling.
I would like to be able to send out e-mail from my handheld device, so
that I can use it to reply back to messages whenever I'm not near a
computer. Just in case it might get asked, yes I have tested sending
out messages to valid e-mail addresses and I have still gotten this
error message back. Thanks in advance for any help.

are you directly configuring the POUTlook for an exchange
server ?? i mean not via activesync ?
if not, have you given the right SMTP server ip ? have
you enabled outgoing authorizations ?

Nope, not configuring Pocket Outlook for an Exchange Server but I have
put in the configuration settings for my mail hosting provider's
servers. I have also given the correct SMTP Server ip, and have not
enabled outgoing authorizations as it is unnecessary with my company's
e-mail provider.
