Something is definately wrong with your system.
I've been running off the Nvidia NIC almost 24/7 for almost 2 months now.
I've used all final bioses so far, and all 3 sets of Nvidia chipset drivers.
I am running XP Pro SP2.

It's a know bug, I have the same problem. my nvidia nic is totally dead.
This board have many problem but not everybody have this problems.

My board is 100% trouble free for 2 months now, including the Nvidia Nic.

Since you have tried all of the releases Edde ,May I ask you which you
prefer to use of them all ,both the bio's and the Nforce 4 chipset ,

Thanks but I went ahead and installed 1006 and end up with corruption in the
form of after 1-3 min my mouse freezes up and system is locked and have to
reboot to only come back to the system doing the same over and over ???? any
clues anyone ??
