Problems installing keyboard drivers.

I recently purchased a brand new GIGABYTE AIVIA K8100 "gaming" keyboard.
Upon connecting said device windows began to install the drivers for the device.
I notice that the there were several drivers being installed, upon completion I noticed a message indicating that the drivers' installation had failed.
Are there any common methods of troubleshooting these issues?

  1. I see, thank you!

Go to device manager to your keyboard and device then click on uninstall then reboot. windows will do the rest

I tried what you suggested, I noticed that there were 4 entries under keyboard in my device manager all labeled "HID keyboard".
Should I uninstall all of them?
