Problems installing keyboard drivers.

Hello!
I recently purchased a brand new GIGABYTE AIVIA K8100 "gaming" keyboard.
Upon connecting said device windows began to install the drivers for the device.
I notice that the there were several drivers being installed,upon completion I noticed a message indicating that the drivers' installation had failed.
Are there any common methods of troubleshooting these issues?

Go to device manager to your keyboard and device then click on uninstall then reboot. windows will do the rest

I tried what you suggested, I noticed that there were 4 entries under keyboard in my device manager all labeled "HID keyboard".
Should I uninstall all of them?
