Go to the Asus web site and download the manual for the P4B533-V.
Download the manual for the P4PE. Using the motherboard pictures,
compare the layout. The layout and Northbridge heatsink height are
virtually identical to the P4PE. The P4B533-V is listed as "Okay".

The remaining issue, is whether there is any overhang of the XP-120,
that can bump into the PSU.
In this article, they use a P4P800-E as the test board. The
P4P800-E uses the same orientation and position for the
S478 socket as your P4PE. Look carefully at the picture, to see
the XP-120 extending past the top edge of the motherboard. You
will need to check your computer case, to see if there is
enough clearance between the overhang of the XP-120 and your
PSU. Very compact computer cases have as little as 1mm clearance,
while other cases range around 10mm. The overhang looks to be
closer to 10mm than to the 1mm case.

For a fan, something with a tachometer would be nice. Several
fans are mentioned in the short-media article. Finding a fan
with a tachometer output on it, might be the hardest part
of your project.
