Dxdiag show directx "Not available" I installed Directx 9 and then 10 BUT still on dxdiag it indicates that its NOT available.

So... you deleted DX11 first? How did you do that?

'Standard VGA graphics' essentially tells us nothing.
What 'Device' did DXDiag report as your graphics adapter?
Is your 'standard VGA graphics' DX7, DX8, DX9, DX10 or DX11 hardware compatible?
