Hi everyone in this thread.

What is written below was my response for the USB motherboard problems. I
guess the part where the computer is dead didn't sink in, either that or I
need some instruction on how to update the bios without a functioning
computer.

it took them 3 weeks to answer a question that I had about temperature.the
computer could have melted by then.if they can not provide an answer in a
timely fashion say 2 days ,then they should remove the service so you do not
have any expectation.that or say it could take 4 weeks to answer.
