Toshiba lap top performance

Hello,
I have a new toshiba lap top.the screen freezes very frequently.any suggestionns?is this a problem with Toshiba?

If you have installed any programs since you have gotten the laptop, try uninstalling them to see if that is the root of the issue. If that doesn't do it, try booting into safe mode and running a malware scan with malware bytes. If none of those options work, get in touch with toshiba and explain the situation to them. It should be free, as the laptop is under warranty for one year from the purchase date.
