second hard drive missing in Explorer

I recently installed a second hard drive (WD 60GB) in my
HP Pavillion 504n, running Win XP. I changed the jumper
settings on both drives, and booted the computer. XP
detected the drive right away, and I went into Disk
Management and formatted the drive. It shows up there as
healthy and online, however, it wont show up in Explorer
or My Computer. I tried changing the drive letter, and
rebooting, but I still cant "see" it. Can anyone assist
me in this matter?? Thanks in advance for your help.

What does Disk Management report about the drive?
