For some reason my E Drive (CD-Rom) has stopped running
any form of CD. It just asks me to insert a CD although
one is already in there. The other drive CD-RW works fine.
A check in "Devices" shows the drive is supposed to be
working normally, and enabled. The computer is only one
month old. The green light shows when a disc is inserted
but there is no soung of it running.
Any help gratefully received.
