After upgrading my PC to AMD 3200+ and memory to DDR 400, I am not able to
boot into XP if the bios is set to 200 MHZ and AMD 3200+. I get a continuous
reboot and the BSD. If I set the BIOS to 2500+ and the FSB to 166MHZ,
everything works fine. I have found some forums where others are complaining
about the same problem with varying boards and memory; however I have not
seen any solutions posted. Have any of you had this problem or know how to
fix it?

You need to boot from XP CD and do repair install.

It is an ABit board, and has very few settings. There are only 3 or 4
jumpers on the board. I have to run my FSB at 333 and over clock my proc. to
get it to its correct speed. I am still loosing the extra speed on the FSB.
I am stumped.

Have you checked your BIOS or up dated the BIOS?
A changed CPU that is not supported by the BIOS could cause
problems.
To do a repair install of XP (required if you changed a
bunch of items, such as CPU, video card, etc.) you set the
computer BIOS to boot from the XP CD, when it boots it will
offer the option to repair (press r) but that is not the
option, just press enter and select to install XP and be
sure to select to install to the present installation or
you'll get a second installed copy of XP (that won't see the
other's files.

Have you tried Abit support?
