I bought a MS Wireless Optical Mouse today, brand new, in
its box, but with a Delta Airlines logo, so probably a
freebie originally. I get an error message when trying to
install the software. This page claims to have the fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
kbid=329354&product=hdw
But the link under the resolution heading his a dead one,
despite the fact that the product is supported. Entering
the product ID number to get official help doesn't work,
so I'm stuck now. Does anyone know how I install the
thing ?

Help !

Simon

It will only work at an altitude of 30,000 feet.
