If the card is working fine, do nothing would be my advice.

The NVidia site has the latest; ignore the warning. MS-supplied drivers
for third-party devices are not normally the best choice.

If results are poor, ROLL BACK to the prior drivers. If you are not
familiar with this update, it may be best to consult a knowledgable friend
or technician.

Never download device drivers from the MS website. Always use the
manufacturerers update when/if you update. The updates on the MS site are
for enterprise machines/workstations that require they all be configured
alike, with no third party software (no frills plain vanilla installations)
such as servers, etc. They are not meant for home use.
