just go to a black screen and say conneting............. Or configuring the
game........ And you can usally hear all the other players voices still and
they are all hollering WTF?????

I've had Halo2, since the release day and it seems to be getting worse and

Bungie stated that that happens when people try to cheat and sometimes
when a new host is trying to be found.

I had that happen a lot when I play large teams, but on smaller teams, it is
less frequent.

But I have played against those who cheated, not sure how, and during the
game, they get banned. And the game seems to be going, just that team has
one less player because of the banned.

The thing that bothers me the most is when I play on teams, and during the
game 2-3 players quits, and leave me with one other player in capture the
Flag, and the other team has 5 players, they just sit with a warthog and
wait till we respawn to get splattered over or gunned down. My only team
mate and I could not do anything no matter what, and so it lead us to quit
after trying for over 10 minutes. LAME LAME LAME!

I think there should be some way to avoid that. What do you think should be
done in that situation?

Just so everyone knows, quitting a game early does NOT prevent you from
losing experience points, which determine your level. If you team ends up
losing, you lose the points. So you may as well stick it out and try, even
if the other team scores early on you.

If you don't believe me read it for yourself at bungie.net
