[SOLVED] Creating bootable cd for os x lion in win 7?

hey guys, I have a win 7 64 bit pc, is it possible for me to create a bootable cd for os x lion from the downloaded app? or do i need a mac?

You need either a Mac or a Hackintosh. A regular PC will not work until, depending on its configuration, it is converted to a Hackintosh.
