Open power policy file error

Hi all,

The above error appeared after I logged in on my Asus A2 (2.6GHz) laptop
which runs XP Home.

I Googled the error but there were references only in languages I do not
understand.

There's nothing in the error log. Does anyone know what this error means
please?
And how to fix it?
