If you already have Outlook, can you not use the Pocket Mirror software that
came with the Palm to sync your contacts etc to Outlook and then remove
Pocket Mirror and sync the data to the 4150?

Pocket Mirror should be on the CD that came with your Palm.

A totally free way to do this is to login to your Yahoo account (sign
up if you don't have one). There's a utility to download your Palm
PIM data to Yahoo and then another to go back to the Pocket PC.

And if this doesn't work (for some it does, for some somehow it
doesn't), you could also try the new Chapura solution. See
http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=2965 for more
info. It's payware, but if it saves you hours of typing things
over, you might want to spend that.

Addresses can be exported as CSV files and imported into Outlook for
free. Calendar can't, so far as I can tell - the export DBA file
format seems a bit obscure.
