Hi all,
I'm having problems with my keyboard and changing/
misplaced keys. When pressing the 'at' symbol I get
this " and when trying to press the pound symbol I get #
In fact I cannot find the pound symbol anywhere on the
keyboard, misplaced or otherwise. Quite a few keys are
the same.
How do I change these keys to their original status. This
is a new problem after working for quite some time
trouble free. All the hotkeys are fine as are the
letters. The problem is just with the shift characters.
Operating system: XP
I've tried downloading latest software (5.2) and updating
drivers, de-installing/ re-installing keyboard +
software, attaching different keyboard (same problem),
following all help steps via XP, set product to UK
(English), searching internet.
