Hi all,

I'm having problems with my keyboard and changing/
misplaced keys. When pressing the 'at' symbol I get
this " and when trying to press the pound symbol I get #
In fact I cannot find the pound symbol anywhere on the
keyboard, misplaced or otherwise. Quite a few keys are
the same.

How do I change these keys to their original status. This
is a new problem after working for quite some time
trouble free. All the hotkeys are fine as are the
letters. The problem is just with the shift characters.

Operating system: XP
I've tried downloading latest software (5.2) and updating
drivers, de-installing/ re-installing keyboard +
software, attaching different keyboard (same problem),
following all help steps via XP, set product to UK
(English), searching internet.

Any other ideas welcome!

Check the Regional Settings in the Control Panel. Also, make sure you do
not have any key remapping in the options for your keyboard or anything
like that.
