Newbie shopper question.

Hello folks,

I may possibly be on the market for a new printer soon, and I
would like your opinions on what is the best all-around printer...
Decent photo quality, larger pages (11 X 17 capability), inexpensive
to get new cartridges for or easy to refill, etc. Speed is not an
issue, it can be a little slower, I'm looking for something that will
do quality prints of good size. Thanx in advance for your help &
advice.
