Backup of NFS Underground

Hi

I was trying to make a copy of my NFS Underground as the kids have ruined
several of my good games and I know it will get lots of use. I have bought
original disks and have a cd/dvd burner and Nero 5 but unable to do it (lots
of unrecoverable errors) Can someone help with software that may be able to
handle such a task please.
