I just bought a P4P800-E Deluxe motherboard and I was planning to use an ATI
All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro video card in it that I already have. I see in the
Asus motherboard user guide at the bottom of page 2.18 it states:
If installing the ATI 9500 or 9700 Pro Series VGA cards, use only the card
version PN xxx-xxxxx-30 or later, for optimum performance and overclocking
stability.
My ATI All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro is a PN xxx-xxxxx-10.
What kind of problems am I likely to experience with this video card if I
try to use it with the P4P800-E Deluxe motherboard?
Should I still have problems if I don't overclock?
