fellow xp ppl.

I recently installed sp2, and had no issues with it until
turning off my computer. When I proceeded to turn the
computer back on, I noticed that my keyboard was not
working during the login process. I have rebooted
several times, and have gone to the length of removing
SP2, but still no change. I have even tried to uninstall
the hardware, swap out a keyboard, but still no success.

Error message is:
Windows cannot load the drivers for this hardware. The
driver may be corrupted or missing (code 39).
The keyboard is a MS Natural Pro (usb/ps2).

It does function properly in my second O/S instance, but
just not under XP Home edition.

I have also tried to set the BIOS to enable the keyboard
in OS vs. BIOS .. no change.

Your assistance is appreciated.
Regards/Thanks
Chris
