Does anyone have this motherboard? I have a problem with multiple boards
where when I turn the computer on for the very first time it turns on, then
off for a few seconds then back on again and all is well. This happens on
more than one A7V400 motherboard. Is this a common occurance or is this a
known issue/problem?

That is actually normal for these boards, and several other Asus boards.

Bizarre but normal.
