How to clear cmos on Asrock P4S61

hi guys, anyone know how to clear cmos on a asrock p4s61? i didnt get
any instuctions when i purchased the computer. thanks for your help

The instructions say to "unplug the computer" and that is
serious advice. On many motherboards, failure to unplug
the computer, and remove all power, can result in damage
to an ORing diode in the +5VSB path, when you short the
solder points.
