P4V8X-X... No boot

Hi there,

I've got a probleme with my P4V8X-X.
During the POST, it say, NVRAM cheking......
And NOthing more.
Some time I have a ither line 256 OK afier a few minutes
But after that, nothing.
It just stay like that.
No way to enter the Bios by the Del key
I've tried to reset the Bios by the Jumper....
Nothing better (did I make fine ?)
I've tried with a different RAM Stick, no way.

I'm lost.....
Does that mean Mobo or CPU burned ?

Please help with that stupid thing

not familiar with that board but try the modem in a different slot.
