Why do commercials use celebrities for Ads? Because people who like that celebrity will associate their product with them and want to use it because they like the celebrity.

Why did Pepsi pay Michael Jackson Millions in the 80s to do a 3 minute Pepsi commericial even AFTER he came out and said he didn't drink or like Pepsi? Because MJ had a big fan base.

that's how I quit.....I use to get a craving to smoke when I was driving to work at a certain part of the road.....so I stopped going that way or I'd text a friend when I was close to that point and my cravings stopped.

I'm 48 days without a cigarette.

I know exactly what it is. It's my stress relief. Anytime I have a smoke is when i have a break. It takes me away from the stressful moment of what I'm doing and lets me relax...goin through stress without a break is killer...hence the crying teehee..

You do you know that smoking causes you to have a false sense of stress relief? It helps create stress by the way it effects your body.

Don't smoke to take a break from the stress, take a break to get away from the stress. Try chewing gum. Tell yourself smoking is bad and believe it.

I used to drink 2-3 cans of pepsi at work.. then one day I just told myself I don't like the taste of any of it and I started drinking water. Now water tastes really good to me.. cold. heh

either this is a subconsious thing saying "no your wrong you buttmunch!" or it's real :P but I dont walk away from any job easily until it's done. If I actually enjoy what I'm doing I'll sit here and do it for the entire 8 hour day and not move from my spot. But if I am stressin out, man that 15 min break feels excellent when you get to walk outside, take a deep breathe, and think about nuthin.

At home I dont smoke..it's just at work, goes with the territory me thinks

You associate stress and smoking. Next time you want to go out for a smoke, go read the comics or something and focus on that..
