A retailer in town has

CPU Socket A Sempron 2800 for £49 - is this a fair price.

I'm a bit out of touch with CPU prices - any info appreciated.

And........

Can it be "overclocked"

A Sempron 2800 goes for about $127.00 CDN at one of the shops I deal
