I bought the Wireless Optical mouse in july & never had
any problems with it up untill now.

When iam away from my computer and windows logs you out of
your account (windows xp) the roller stops working.

Then today i was playing call of duty online and my mouse
just stopped working completly.

So im left using my dodgy mouse which i replaced in the
first place :(.

Any idea's?.

Thanks Dave

Batteries? Also, update the drivers. If it really is dead and will no
longer connect even with fresh batteries, call it in and have it
replaced. If it is an MS product, you should have no problem even if it
isn't covered on warranty. They are very good about supporting their
products.
