Can a wireless keyboard be setup to switch between two
computers without a KVM switch?

You can try, but it may be difficult. You would have to have two of the
same wireless recievers, then use the channel/connect button to change
between the two. You could unplug the reciever and plug it into the
other one and swap it like that too if you wanted.
