when ever i insert floppy and try to save any file from
msword or excel its show error CYCLIC RENDUNCEY and say
fail to write. but floppy is okey floppy drive is okey.
what is problem. is there any problem with word or excel
i have office xp.

I'm not going to be very helpful, I'm afraid... but my
partner mentioned seeing this at work a couple months
back. That would be with Windows 2000 pro and Office
2000. I'll ask him tomorrow and if he remembers what it
was, I'll post something more useful. :-(

I'm thinking replacing the floppy drive fixed it
(although the drive worked with everything else) but I
don't want to send you down that road blindly.
