The left mouse button has decided to break, it works
sometimes if you click really hard, sometimes not

It still makes a physical cick noise, but doesnt register.
Any way to fix it or do I have to buy a new mouse?

I would just buy a new mouse or have the mouse replaced. If this is a
Microsoft mouse, I would contact MS about it as they will most likely
replace the product for you free of charge.
