Taskbar sorting..

Hey everyone,
I was just looking at my windows 7 taskbar and i got a bit OCD about it.
I've attached a picture with pretty much what i want to do.
If you have a program or know of anything that can achieve this it would be greatly appreciated if you could please share it![:)]( ":)")
