index list out of bound keep popping up on my computer what is wrong .since I cant load any of the games I download ,can I fix it if so how

Some program on your system has a "BUG" in it, period ! An unforseen condition has arisen that the software cannot handle. Do you get any indication of which program/app is doing it ? If not do a selective startup, eliminating groups of programs until problem goes away. Then eliminate specific program from startup.
