VIA raid

Hi,

I have an A8N board. On the VIA Raid I run a RAID 1.
The only Windows tool I can find for this controller is
the VIA Raid Tool. Quite primitive, I'd like a tool which
can send warnings if my disks get unsynchronised.
(By mail, SNMP, popup)
Does such a thing exist?

Then, this VIA Raid tool sometimes hangs XP on exiting.
It is version 2.21 - 2003. Is there a later version?
Can't find one on the Asus site or somewhere else.
(couldn't even find this version).

For Via hardware drivers, there is www.viaarena.com .
Have a look for drivers there. Is your board A8V ?

Yes, it is a A8V, that was a typo.
I found VIA RAID Tool v.5.22, which is more of the same.
I'd like to have software that could warn in some way
if something is wrong with a raid array.
