Is anyone having any success with the XP-M with a mATX board?

Does the board recognize the cpu?

Does the bios in boards like the 7NIF2 allow for underclocking?

A review I read implies that the Expert setting in the Advanced
Chipset\System Performance opens up a range of settings.
