"NTLDR Is Missing"
"Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart."

I get this message when starting windows, due to an
secondary hard drive. I have to disable the hard drive in
bios before Windows will load. I have obtained the
imfamous "bcupdate2.exe" program but am unable to use it
because it's a secondary drive thats affected, and am
unable to boot with it active. any help is appreciated! :(

Go into the BIOS and change the boot order. You need to make the drive
with XP on it the first drive and the other one second. You may also
need to check the jumpers on the back of the drives to make sure the one
with XP is set to Master and the other to Slave.
