I hope you can help me. Everytime I place a music / data
CD into my CDRW I do not get prompted as to which action
I wish to perform (Autoplay).
Under the Drive properties I have clicked "prompt me
each time to choose an action" , but still I do not get
promted as to which action I wish to perform. The
PC I have is only 6 weeks old and has Windows XP Home on
it. Could any of you please suggest what I can do to
remedy this issue.

To make CDs play automatically when inserted in the CD drive
Open the System Properties dialog box at the Device Manager tab.
Click the plus sign next to CDROM, right-click the device you want to use,
and then click Properties.
Click the Settings tab.
Select the Auto insert notification check box.
If you have TweakUI, under the Paranoia tab check the boxes; 'Play audio
CD's automatically' & 'Play data CD's automatically'
