New L4VXA2 Problems

Recently picked this up at FRYS with P4 2.8. Putting it
together I have several problems I'd appreciate help
solving. I've put together many PCs to this point,
including other ECS models, and never had this much
trouble. Also note, for all the problems listed, no OS has
been installed, I am still trying to get to that point!

1. Won't boot with AGP2X card. One long beep, 2 short
beeps. Will boot with PCI and AGP4X cards. The AGP2X card
works in other PCs.
2. With power turned off, removing AGP2X card causes system
to turn on.
3. With a successful boot, holding power button in for 4-5
seconds will not turn the PC off, it will only suspend.
Holding power button in a second time for 4-5 seconds causes
power to come back up when button is released.
4. With either of the video card that will boot, the boot
is so slow that nothing appears on the monitor until well
after POST.
5. With either of the video card that will boot, no beep is
every heard as the system boots, not even the normal single
OK beek that is heard with every other PC I ever had.
