Jedi Academy - lightsabre styles

When you begin a Single Player game of Jedi Academy, you only have
access to the Standard lightsabre style of combat.

(1) At what point in the game do you get the choice of another style -
Fast or Strong?

(2) Does this choice of another style include the ability to choose Dual
Sabres or Double Bladed Sabre in Single Player games? Or are you limited
to only be able to use these in Multiplayer games?
