How to turn your computer off after 1 hour

Hello,
Lets say I have the computer on overnight, but I want it to finish a download or something and i want it to only be on for about an hour or so then to automatically turn off. How do i set a time for it to turn off without doing it manually?

You also have a lot of choices in the Control Panel power options. It won't turn the PC off completely, but it will allow you to set a state of very minimal power consumption. You can set how long after the last activity for your PC to enter your settings for power saving mode, turn off the monitor, shut down the disk drives, hibernate, etc.
