Hi All

I am looking to buy a Colour Laser printer for my company with a budget of
£2K

Between 150 and 250 pages per day mixed colour and text, looking for the
obvious speed and quality, I have seen this one
http://www.dabs.com/uk/productview?quicklinx=27YZ, any improvements to be
had on my budget, ie better spec machine or cheaper version of this one, it
needs to be networked to six users through a hub

Thanks in advance

Steve

It's available for 1249+VAT (£1467.58) here
(http://dealtime.theprinterdatabase.com/profiles/by-id/735/). Whilst I've
never bought from this company, they have a good rating at
www.dealtime.co.uk. You can read reviews (of the company) here

Not a bad printer.Might I suggest look at the Konica-Minolta 3300DN? I see
only the standard 3300 listed at that sight. The DN model adds duplexing and
comes with 256 megs of ram.I had terrible luck with HP color lasers, after
several repairs and relpacements,I bought The KM3300DN.I love it.It spits
out prints faster than I can pick them up! 26ppm,both b&w and color(US
spelling).I paid $1500 for mine shipped.

Suggest you also take a look at :

http://www.dabs.com/uk/channels/ha [...] klinx=2QP5

and assorted Kyocera colour lasers. They have a lower TCO then any
other make and print well.

Also, for longevity, and despite my issues with their other printers,
HP lasers tend to be fairly bulletproof as well. Take a look at:

http://www.dabs.com/uk/channels/ha [...] klinx=3414

and some of the other HP printers.

You might like to try http://www.printware.co.uk or http:/www.lnl.co.uk
as they are printer specialists and will be able to give you rather more
advice.
