just how bad are the sempron processors? i have heard numerous reports that
they are MUCH slower than the Athlons?? thank you peter ynas

They are not bad CPU's generally older technology thoroughbred CPUs.
Though there are a few socket 754 cpu's that are Semprons. They all still
have a lot of cache, and are still faster then the celerons
