Start up the computer and do not connect the modem.
Open Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on the
Settings button in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section. In the
Startup and Recovery window click on the checkbox for "automatically
restart" to clear it. Click on Apply and OK as needed to exit.
Now connect your broadband modem and click on blueyonder.
This should produce a "Blue Screen Of Death" STOP error message. The
content of the STOP message, including all of the parameters, will be
a direct clue as to the cause of the problem. Post that information
back here, or contact the support people at Blueyonder with this
information.
