I Have a K7s6a with a 256 MB DDR266. I Want more memory but I
don`t know if I can use a 512Mb module of DDR333 with the actual DDR266
memory (Total 768MB).

Almost certainly, yes. The DDR333 module will simply run at 266 mhz.
