PC freezes up

hi there,

I have just upgraded my PC to a pentium4 2.8 with a
gigabyte motherboard, ATI radeon 9200se graphics and ddr
memory I also have xp with service pack 2 installed.

the problem is that whenever i dial up to the internet,
after approx 3-5 minutes the computer totally locks up and
the only way to continue is to switch it off and on
again..!!!annoying.

does anyone else have this problem or a solution...!!
Is this a hardware or an XP problem...???

This seems to be a virus problem, try to run a Virus Scan on your
machine
