Hello,

I 've bought a mainboard, a K7S5A version 3.1.
The mainboard manual says that the agp-slot is version 2.0 and
suitable for a agp 4x videocard.
I also have a old videocard, a Matrox G200, this is a agp 2x-card.
The card has a cut out that is supposed to fit on a spacer in the slot
but there is no spacer in the slot at all.
Furthermore the card fits *very* easily in the slot and this is
something I never experienced before (no jokes please ;-)

So my question is: is it allright to put the Matrox into the slot or
is this unadvisable?

Max M.
