Lexmark X75 fault codes

Please can anyone tell me what the fault is when the power light flashes
continuously and the status light flashes in groups of 3 and the printer
won't do anything?

I'll charitably assume you don't have the manual otherwise you would know it
doesn't say a F thing about it thank you.
Anything more constructive to offer?
